Never Forget

As fall arrives, we come to the anniversary of that fateful day in November 1998 when six coworkers at the (now) Shell refinery never made it home. Tragically, we also have the seven coworkers from the Tesoro NW refinery who likewise never made it home to family and loved ones this past April. Please take a moment to remember not only these thirteen coworkers, but all those that went before them. A moment of silence is held each year at the Shell memorial (south side of the Shell employee parking lot) on November 25, 1PM - 2PM. Please attend if you are able. For those not able to make it, please take a personal moment to remember our coworkers who were silenced before their time.

Below is the story  "Never Forget", a compilation put together by Brother Paul Demmon to help understand how the Shell Coker tragedy affected those involved.
