General Chemical - Anacortes.

General Chemical supplies sulfuric acid to both the Shell and Tesoro Northwest refineries as well as operates a Sulfur Recovery Unit with feedstock from the Tesoro Northwest refiney.

Plant Maintenance (PM) Northwest - Mount Vernon

PM Northwest provides contract maintenance forces to many different industries, including the refineries.

Shell Refining - Anacortes

It goes without saying, Shell makes various fuels and chemical feedstocks. USW Local 12-591 represents Operations, Maintenance, and the Lab.

Tesoro Hawaii - Kapolei

Tesoro Hawaii makes various fuels all the while under blue skies, a gentle breeze, palm trees and 75 degF.

Tesoro Northwest - Anacortes

Like its sister refinery in Hawaii, Tesoro Northwest makes various fuels. Unlike the Kapolei refinery, Tesoro NW does this under gray skies, heavy rains, and at 45 degF.
